Refund policy

Any defects or damages to goods should be reported to Living It Up in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the goods. Living It Up may also require photographic evidence of damages and faults before resolving any issues.  If you are planning on storing furniture you must ensure it is opened and checked before you store it.

Living It Up goods are guaranteed against defects in materials or faulty workmanship for 12 months from the time they are delivered. In the event that any goods are found to be defective within the guarantee period, or if goods are damaged in transit, then Living It Up will cover the cost incurred for the new part(s) and cover the courier cost.

We do not arrange for replacement parts to be assembled for the customer and will not cover the cost if the customer wishes to source their own tradesperson to do so.

Any other consequential costs are not covered.

Goods correctly supplied cannot be returned for a refund without prior written consent from Living It Up.  If a return or exchange is agreed, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus delivery/collection charges.
